Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Starter is free with no credit card required. You only need payment details when you upgrade to Planner, Coordinator, or Enterprise.
What happens when I hit my 3 sign-up limit on Starter?
Your existing sign-ups and forms stay live. You won't be able to create new ones until the next month or until you upgrade. The same 3-per-month limit applies to forms and surveys.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel anytime and your sign-ups stay accessible until the end of your billing period.
What is a form vs a sign-up?
A sign-up has slots people claim — Monday breakfast, Wednesday luncheon. A form collects information — dietary needs, t-shirt sizes, RSVPs. Forms are available on Planner and above.
How does usage-based pricing work?
Paid plans include a base subscription plus a small usage fee. Enterprise plans are priced per seat. Full details will be available at launch.
