Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Starter is free. You only add a card when you upgrade.
What happens when I hit 3 baskits on Starter?
Your baskits stay live. You can make new ones next month, or upgrade for unlimited.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. No contracts. If you downgrade, paid features stay on until the end of your billing period.
What can I put in a baskit?
Sign-ups (slots people claim), RSVPs, and forms and surveys (to collect information). Combine them in one baskit. All are included on Starter.
Are there fees for collecting payments?
Payments are processed by Stripe, which charges a small processing fee. No fees go to baskit or the organizer.
